How to Overcome Shyness in the Conversation

I'm naturally very introverted. Like most of us are, I guess. So I think that I would probably tend to err more on the side of not being strong enough with my opinions to clients. That's where it takes off and that's where it really, really can be an effective technique to closing the deal or continuing the relationship or building the strength of it. Having a strong opinion is a good thing, but you need to really, really know when to pick your battles and only really choose the ones that are important.
