How Did You Get Your Cholesterol Back After Fasting?
No coffee nothing but h2o in terms of suggestion i didn't i was super strict yeah no coffee a couple times i had tea like a caffeine free tea. No chewing gum or use or have any sort of artificial sweetener it was painful to look at my beautiful french press and all of my trimmings and not make coffee every day. After a week of fasting my lipids did actually change both at the standard lipid level but also at the at the particle level the total cholesterol went down, that's a real drop.
