The Problem With Animal Protein

There was a study from 2014, this was over 6,000 individuals that looked at people consuming a lot of protein. And the people consuming the most protein had about a 75% increased risk of mortality. If the protein came mainly from plants, that association was either completely annihilated or it was greatly attenuated. So, the risk was only present when the protein came from animal products.
