When would you say people are ready for it? When they have their body wai like under control. For example, i usually set the standard where when you can start weighted at round 12 bullots with clean form and round 15 or 20 dips. Small steps, small steps, matter if you want to add like weight comfortably. And as someone with many years of experience now, what would you recommend would be a good beginner? Waited callous.
