The Importance of Incidental Movement in Recovery
Sedentary behavior impacts the contract or function of the muscle. We start to lose that ability for the muscle to react in a positive way. This is another reminder that we want to get up and move as often as possible. And then the same thing is great recovery, maybe tramping a 60k walk over maybe three days. That's taking this incidental movement to a new level.
