The author of a new book, "Love Me in a Special Way," trains his brain to notice delights. Ross says he finds delight in the dumb things our bodies do all the time - like laughing snorts and high-fiving strangers. He also noticed that spring has lots of lovely purple flowers -- even though it's been hard for him to deal with grief following the death of one of his loved ones.
