The Customer Success Qualified Lead Concept

The customer success qualified lead concept is the idea as well for success not to be involved in sales to protect the relationship that they have with their customer. So a type form we never looked at daily active users. It's not a relevant metric for type form because you don't need to log into type form every day. Of course, some people do, but it's not the most telling metric. Whereas in notion, people live in notion. In fact, when I was at type form, I also lived in notion and we use notion form. And so yeah, so the type form, the frequency of usage isn't necessarily leading indicator to retention or how healthy one of our accounts are.
