Almost 75 % of all the fish and sea food that we eat in america is actually prepared and eaten outside the home. Why does grocery store fish have such a bad rap? You know, i'm not sure. We're very familiar with how that taste, how to cook it. But even at the grocery store, when you've got 20 or 30 species of different fish, i think that it was overwhelming. So during the pandemic, we still craved fish andSea food, but we weren't comfortable going out restaurants. If we were getting it from take out and delivery, it wasn't as good as we wanted it to be.
