Is There a Roguelike Game?

I suspect I'm actually waiting for it to come out of an iPad because it's the kind of game I just wouldn't play on a PC. It's emergent complexity in a way that requires that you have a good understanding of the rules state but you don't really have to go that many moves ahead. In fact it tells you what's happening there so it's clearly a skill, it's not interested in you learning.
