Antioxidants are one of the best ways to combat that free radical response your body can have, whether you've ingested them or produced them through activities. Look for bright colored fruits of vegetables, the skin color is usually a really bright color and it's antioxidant rich. Eat the rainbow. And not every toxin is coming into your body from a bad source.
