Erica, I love your honesty there because I think that's true for all of us is most of the time we know what's there and what we need to deal with. And if I can share a funny little story that just happened this week. So I was testing out a one rep max. And so Erica, Erica puts her coaching notes in the, in the app. And she says, Okay, today you're going to get this. You're going to put 50 pounds onto your one repmax. And I want you to look at this as a positive thing. But instead I went completely off in the other direction and started spiraling in the in the total opposite direction.
