Having a Routine Is So Important
Routine is so important. I always tell people, most of the time, you have a handle nlike what you're going to be eating for the meals leading up to dinner. For me, they're literally, like three to five meals i will cycle through, just for lunches, every single day. And even like grocer shopping, like making sure you just have some meals in your frige,. You can come home from work when you're tired, like take for lunch. It's so important just t have that there.
