Is Intermittent Fasting the Fastest Path to Lose Weight?

I think of fasting a lot like sleeping when this is why i agree with you, like, we have to protect sleep. Without being said, i absoluty positively think when we reduce meal frequency that tak has huge benefits. I'm not saying we need to all go out and eed a bad diet. But do you feel likea intermittent fasting is literally the fastest path to unwind and all the damages you just spoke of? I do, with the exception of some man snot sleeping. Like, get the sleep dialled in first.
