Easy Strength for Ten Thousand Swing Challenge

I am going to take a week off after iv finished the swing challenge in order to learn how to properly clean a bar bell. It's sad that we don't have more people who can explain the clean. Apart from that, i reonly saw your podcast clip of ascetic versus performance where you talk about easy strength. The only thing i would consider as doing easy strength for either forty days or 80 days, since i haven't decided to go to something like the transformation program. Since you set after chasing per per strength, awhile i shoulda chase a new quality.
