Working memory is the first bit before your memory turns into short turn memory, and then it eventually is stored as long tor memory. And part of the issue is work constantly. Even if you don't have h d, we're in this culture of multi tasking and switching constantly. So one of the ways that you can help yourself do that is using your second brain. One you can keep track of what's occupying your mind, but then you can also release those thoughts. They're stored somewhere else. joan rivers no cards, which is amazing.
