Having a Different Approach to Training - It's Not All the Same

It shouldn't be a one size fits all approach when it comes to training. It's got to be individualized. My gols in my early thirties are completely different from my father's, who is 70 years old. And what you were just mentioning, with the sets and reps and the time, et cetera, that's really dependent on your goals and your needs. I don't think my father would benefit from this as much as may be doing three hours a week of his own to training, for example.
