I just want to clarify something. You're not saying at 1.2 grams per kilo, if someone gets all that protein from plants, that they would fall short in methionine. Unless they were only eating legumes as their sole source of nutrition. So you would have to eat 1.3 grams per kilogram per day or 1.4 if it was all plants.
