I Can Have Sympathy Even if I Don't Feel

There are three different networks in the brain. We have empathy which is sharing someone's feelings. And then there's compassion and compassion is proactive behavior where you actually want to do something to help the person. Psychopaths are very good with this abstract sympathy but very bad with empathy. They don't actually feel the other person's pain.
