The Pros and Cons of Coffee

The goal here is to burn fat to increase energy and maybe save the planet in the process. Coffee has some major drawbacks specifically especially for yoga students it keeps you out of the alpha brainwave state which is a deeper more peaceful meditative state. The other thing that it does is it dehydrates you which is just a disaster for your joints and for your body. For yoga students i'd also distracts your mind by thinking about coffee too much.
