I hope that sometime you and David can get on some more climbs together I know he had a great time on Everest with you. otherwise if you don't love it you won't end up with that wonderful graph that showed 10 plus years of consistent training which as how we started this conversation so maybe that's a good way to to wrap it up because I do think that yeah that your love is evident by that consistency that you've done for all these years.
