Is There a Craving?
In a new book by James clar, he says that there is a craving between the cue and the routine. And i think this is important because the craving doesn't ne don't necessarily mean that the rest of the routine is going to be automatic. It's like when this cue, happens, the habit is automatic. There's absolutely nothing i can do about it. But recognizing that just because you have a craving, whether it be positive or negative, doesn't necessarily means that you have to take action on it.
