How to Deal With Anxiety
When you get anxiety, your breath is the first thing you lose. The moment you feel it, if you can catch it, is the best. Left nostril breathing is my thousand % anxiety. I just tell people, do it to as much as you can. If you can only get to one, start with one. Inhale to one and then when that fills, ok, go up to two. When that fills,Ok, going up to three, and carna work up. But what's happening with the reason breath is also so important is because your mind can't focus on two things at once. Just taking a deep breath and like really feeling your feet underneath you
