I think, when you start too far into the weeds in terms of recommending a very specific miopic, like one dimensional type approaches, is when you run into problems with a large percentage of the people you're trying to work with. It's really up to the person and their goals. If someone has a dietary programe that i suspect is gunna cost them on the back end from a performance standpoint, then i'm not afraid to mention that.
