The Benefits of Omega-6 Fats for Carnivores
I used to believe that Omega-6 fats were inherently inflammatory, but now I don't. There's studies of supplementing with arachidonic acid and this kind of thing that actually shows that it actually enhances muscle bulk and muscle strength. And the right situation is a low inflammatory environment. So if you want your Omega-3 fat to have high levels, then you're probably going to be ingesting high levels of oxidized fat. If you are not going to eat something that's rotten, fresh grass-fed beef or some other type of rancidity, then get it from somewhere else.
