"If all that you know is no like, huh, there's this behavior that would be advantageous to me, but I often don't do it. You're really doing awesome," he says. "Like those 5% of the time you do do it, that's great... And like figure out how to do it more often. That's like a life's work." He adds: "You also can ask yourself that question too".
