Before we go back and talk about heat adaptation is it just getting on the trainer with a fan in front of you. We weren't measuring core body temperature when matt hayman's training so now we have this device called core clre where we can accurately measureCore Body Temperature (BCT) which has changed how people approach indoor training. When i fire right indoors now wearing the core device i will have no fan on until i hit 38.5 degrees sorry i talked degrees in australia here until that moment evaporation is working overtime sweats rolling off you but if you were relying on evaporation you feel hot but the gains are better If that makes sense right so is is there
