The Evolution of the Optimum Salesperson
The optimal salesperson has shifted probably more towards the hustler, the gritty person who does prioritize turnaround time. It's not okay anymore to wait two days to follow up on a call that happened. Waiting several hours feels like it's a few days now. So I think the folks who can adapt to that world are having a leg up and will continue to have that advantage in this new hybrid world as well.
