The Nature of Expertise
In the 1970s, when oil prices went up, fighter pilots were told they had to develop their skills and simulators. This raised the question of what is the nature of expertise and how can we use simulators to develop it? So yeah, I've been looking at expertise, I guess, from that time on. It's fascinating to watch and try to bridge this to where our audience is obviously in financial markets because there are so many theories on how markets should work.
