Exercise Is Good for Your Health

i was limping for about nine months after we wrote the book. I eventually got it to go away with a combination of exercise, physio and an injection of n a d on my butt. The point here is that sitting down is bad for us. You have less muscle, which means your hormon levelsalar test otrone, will go down,. That's not a good thing. We really have to work hard at this because our lives are built around comfort and sedentaryness. And what i think most people don't appreciate is that exercise isn't just beneficial for your fitness and for your vitality. It actually can stop diseases in their tracs.
