The Signs of Burnout

Burnout occurs when the demands of a situation are exceeding our capacity or our perception of our capacity to cope. So if this is occurring, what we do tend to notice is this emotional exhaustion but also like a decreased and decreasing sense of accomplishment. It's almost like colors drained out. You just don't notice pretty beautiful things and color and stuff like that when you're stressed out.
