The idea is if you do the big macro stuff, real food, not too much, most of the place, you're going to get 85% of it there anyway. Now, if we want to get that little extra bump and maybe if you have some sort of like issue, like you can't get healthy, you really have low energy, it's a great exercise to go through. We go through a company called Inside Tracker, which is Boston based. They give you 35 bar workers. The blood work you get from your doctor, it doesn't tell you the story. You need way more than that.
