Development Is a Strategic Role in South Africa

The first quarter of this year has been planned and it's really interesting so we want to try and get athletes from other sports in as well you know. There will be a focus this year more I think on performance than maybe injuries in the past it's been injuries more than performance maybe this year we can address that balance.
