How Do You Journal?

Journalling is an individual m activity, and we all can do whatever works best for us. For me, i love when when i make a deliberate effort to carve out time and sit in journal. But sometimes there are things that i've also committed to doing when i first wake up as well. So it doesn't happen at the same time every day, and that's ok. I'm typically one e journal, though it tends to be more free form.
