steven silo uh you will be going on a going live on a live stream in several weeks time around sustainable training for attainable endurance goals so i believe you've been working behind the scenes to condense eight to nine to ten hours of face to face work shopping which would have been the case pre-covid into consolidated essentials. So that process must be challenging but uh refining the uh the content as you go well i'm procrastinating on some of that because you know i'm putting it off but because i'm working on a lot of stuff at the same time.
