Getting Feedback on a Project

We've just recently made a change in terms of how we provide and expect feedback on the programming side, instituting a more formalized mentership programm for new programmes. Anyone who starts a bas no matter how much seniority they have, needs their work review to fit with our style or conventions. And where it often left the gap was that the work would progress too far without getting redirecting feedback. So especially late in a project, getting something like maslt, there's nothing i can change about that. All these things are like, you know, your knoledge may vary, and it depends.
