Trainin Training for Nee Related Pain

From a thrapist point of view, we're really usingtrainin training as a mothor to produce pain. The first is definitely over stride, with or without locadence. In so athe over striding and usually duling with the o cadence. There is no magic number like one eightyis the magic number wherever e has to do. But anything from one 70 to 200 is good enough for me. And from the evidence from gate analysis, there's stronger evidence for ne related pain. So key thing, i would say, is to keep it shot and keep it eccentric.
