Running Is Not Bad for Your Knees
Running is an essential human movement. It's not bad for your knees. There are plenty of exercises you can do to strengthen the muscles around it. But there's, yeah, I think that the ability to run is something that self included. We all kind of thought was silly for quite some time in our niche in the fitness world. The fact is it's incredibly functional. And it's something that everybody should be able to do at least to some degree.
