How to Overcome the Fear of Inversion
For beginners who want to start their handstand journey how do they overcome the fear of inversion? You can't really train productively if you're scared of falling so that's always something I emphasize. The first steps would be learning to headstand which is not as intimidating and you can do a lot of way make it more safe by doing headstands with you know pillows and using a wall. Then gradually sort of getting used to the position getting comfortable there and most importantly learning to fall.
