I've Learned the Skill of Running

I feel that i have learnt the skill of running. I am continuing to learn the skill of walking, of running, of moving ner ficiently. And given how i felt after 20, 21 miles, when i felt no after effects the following day,. wher i naseer breathed the whole way round. Where i wore my foot shoes, where i didn't actually train that much. It's about getting the fluids flowing so that the arteries don't get all clogged up. This is how we stay alive for longer and feel better and live more. Right?
