JTBD - What Is the Desired Outcome?

In the sample scenario, which again is I need to secure my home, how would you as a researcher get a sense of the situation? You're going to be asking probing questions around all of these elements. So for example, if you ask, well, how do you currently secure your home now, you're gonna follow up with asking them, well, why did they choose that solution over others? And then in terms of the social, I may add another layer to this job of, I want peace of mind, but I also want to ensure ease of access to those who I have invited to come to my home. That includes camera based equipment and things like that.
