I started personal training in 2005 oh it was even longer than that then wow yeah. I used to use an if-it-fit-your-macros approach where I get people take getting the food scale out tracking uh and intentionally weighing everything is what I thought would be like a long-term strategy for your nutrition. But as I learned more there's a lot of things that I um look back at things you would have done differently today but they weren't things that I look back and go like I really screwed the pooch or anything like that.
