Is Hard Training More Effective Than Hard Training?

Arobic endurance building, hard training is effective. It absolutely is effective when you do it in small doses. The vast majority of runners run, weigh too fast, weigh too often. When you have your easy run just a little bit too fast, even if it's ten seconds too fast,. what you do when you do that is you steal speed from your speed days. You're not really in the zone where peak arobic development is going to happen. Every every race longer than 800 meters, is mostly arobic. And so arobic means with oxygen. That system, that energy system, is only developed at the slower speeds.
