How to Deal With Sleep Debt
When we're sleep deprived, our body goes into some amount of a low power mode. So if you let the sleep debt accumulate so much and then binge sleep, you will, in fact, end up at the end of that sleep replete. And it's not like you don't go back in that time and like do a month worth of nail growth. You might like stop doing more damage, but the damage is done. It'd be better to actually every single day, like pay the full bill, you know, hit that point of exactly your sleep need daily.
