So i think what is probably happening here is that there is an ease of being able to maintain this weight loss without necessarily a ton of restraint. You don't it's not that these people are actively doing cardio all the time to offset the fact that they're over eating. That implies that they're actually constantly doing this math in their head,. Although they're getting the math wrong on their diet, they are getting it right enough on their exercise anda i to offset it.
