In today's raw episode, we chat with Jana Wilson about her healing from an abusive childhood to becoming a spiritual teacher. Jana is an emotional healing educator, meditation teacher, retreat leader, public speaker, hypnotherapist, and founder of the Emotional Healing System.

We candidly discussed the power of taking responsibility over your own emotions, how to heal from co-dependency and what it takes to truly be in a healthy co-committed relationship. Jana also explained the steps to identifying and owning your shadow to eventually embracing its qualities to live a more fully embodied life.
