How to Create Consistent Habits
The second we go to do something new, it's going to signal a lack of familiarity to our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is concerned solely with survival. The second I make a new choice, now I'm walking into the uncertainty of what that outcome will be. So for me, I set a daily commitment of doing activating breathing to help stimulate my body to help wake up my nervous system.
