I Feel a Better Injury, I Feel a Better Injury
A lot of times what ends up happening is we have this injury, and we start building back up. And for some reason we all forego those fundamental principles that got us there in the first place. We want every short cut and quick fix we can to try and close that gap as fast as possible. But it's like the cyclical revolving door of y i feel a better injury. I feel abetter injury. Y feel it. It may not be the first session back, the second session, third sesion may be months later. Imagine the progress you could make over the years. Verses, how quickly can i get back to where i was before?
