What Sleep Influence and What Can We Do to Improve Our Health?

Sleep at a very basic level, it consists of repeated 90 minute cycles. Early in the night, slow wave sleep, or deep sleep, predominates. During rem sleep, you're paralyzed, but also your body and brain can't deploy a drenin. Emotional reactivity, wound healing, cancer, out comes, bad decisions, everything gets worse when you're not sleeping.
