There's multiple different ways we can tap that. If you're doing some form of press, there's very likely obviously a moment to the elbow challenge to elbow extension as you go through that. So actually taking position more, taking a lot more into this length and range position might help stabilize the shoulder in different positions. We get other benefits from training in a lengthened over short and range rather than just the length of the muscle that's going through. But I think that covers all the main, main key points there at this stage.
