Part of the anatta perspective is coming to understand Rather than I am a person seeking freedom or i'm a spiritual being having a temporary human experience It's starting to see through direct mindfulness That there's just a whole bunch of experiences here Experiencing themselves. We have this identification with I am the rainbow I am the observer. I am the consciousness. I amThe self But really it's all just unfolding based on the causes and conditions that gave birth to it Experiencing itself No longer identified withI am the owner of this experienceIt is just playing out Ultimately on the relative level where there's some part of us that's aware of it playing itself out Of our karma playing itself out
